Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Philips Invivo Expression MRI Patient Monitoring System. During transport of the system’s cart a caster (wheel) may become loose and fall off. If this occurs, there is the risk that the cart will become unbalanced and fall. All affected devices will have new casters installed in order to correct the problem.
