Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the HeartStart MRx Monitor/Defibrillators M3535A, M3536A, M3536J, M3536M and M3536MC. Pads/paddles therapy cable and therapy connection port wear could pose a risk for patients and/or caregivers. The correction will consist of the service support for the therapy connection and the installation of a stabilizing collar.
