The manufacturer CONOR Medsystems recalls the CoStar® Paclitaxel-Eluting Coronary Stent Systems from the market. In the COSTAR II trial two different stent systems were compared. As a result, repeated revascularization procedures were more common with the CoStar® stent in comparison to the reference stent.
