Recall of the hip implants UHR Universal Head Bipolar Components (article numbers and lots see annex) from Stryker. The reason for the recall is that the products may have an incorrect locking ring assembled with the UHR Universal Head. The risk is that in cases of use of the affected devices the head may not fit the liner resulting in the inability to use the implant.
