The company ERBE Elektromedizin GmbH notified customers of the water jet dissector ERBE Helix Hydro-Jet of a corrective action. Due to mechanical damage of the pressure sensor an uncontrolled exceeding of the fluid pressure is possible. Devices with the article number 10139-000 and serial numbers below 0136 can be affected.
