Dräger Medical AG & Co. KGaA reported a corrective action on the examination lamp Sola 300. The affected lamps are easily identified by the lack of a handle on the outside of the housing. To prevent an inadvertent loosening of the lock of the handle, the customers were requested by a Safety Notice to perform an upgrade set enclosed.
