Fisher & Paykel notified the recall of dual heated breathing circuits of the model numbers RT200, RT204, RT026, and 900MR914 with batch numbers 041101 to 05033. Due to a possible defect of the isolation of the heater wire there is a potential risk of fire caused by a short circuit.
