Maquet Cardiopulmonary AG issued a Safety Alert Letter to all user of Jostra HL30 Heart-lung bypass system concerning the mandatory update with software version 2.2.1. The new software will reduce the problems regarding the Offline Mode. In rare cases the Offline Mode could not be activated as intended.
