The manufacturer EMS GmbH Emergency Medical Systems recalled all oyxgen connection tubes in April 2008 and exchanged them by tubes with more resistance. The recalled tubes may burst under extreme conditions. BfArM was first informed in October 2008 by the manufacturer. Advisory Notice is only available in German language.
