The Aesculap AG has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the mobile stand GA411 for the electric surgical motor system microspeed® uni. An incorrect cable connection of the mobile stand GA411 in combination with the microspeed® uni control units GD670 or GD665 and a single foot control GD668 could lead to an activation of the motor without pressing the foot pedal. The users receive instructions on how to carry out an operational check of their devices.
