Dräger Medical b.v. has issued the information about 2 possible malfunctions of the Oxylog 3000
1. The ventilation may be interrupted for approximately 5 seconds; only devices with software version 1.10 are affected.
2. Due to a failure of the internal flow measurement the Oxylog 3000 might stop ventilation.
