Trumpf Medizin Systeme GmbH & Co. KG has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the iLED3, iLED5 and iLED5K Operating Theater Lighting Systems. The use of certain disinfectants can result in cracking and embrittlement around the srew connections of the cover plates. The affected cover plates are replaced. At the same time the customers are advised to follow the instructions for the use of cleansers and disinfectants in the instruction manual.
