Trumpf Medizin Systeme GmbH & Co. KG has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the TruPort ceiling support systems. An incorrectly installed electrical connection can cause higher transfer resistance, resulting in temperature increase and melting of plastic components. All potentially affected ceiling support systems will be checked and reworked, if necessary.
