In December 2010, Terumo CVS sent a Field Safety Notice (FSN 109) regarding malfunction of the Occluder and Air Bubble Detection (ABD) Modules to a confined number of Terumo® Advanced Perfusion System 1 users. This Field Safety Notice expands the affected population to include all Terumo System 1 users.
