Stryker Communications has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning corrective actions of the Stryker Spring Arm used as a component of the Visum Halogen Surgical Light, Visum LEDLight Emitting Diode Surgical Light, and Stryker Flat Panel & Navigation Arm. There is the risk that the Spring Arm Circlip is not fully seated and the Spring Arm falls along with the surgical lights or monitors mounted to its end.
The affected devices will be inspected and, if necessary, the Spring Arm Circlip corrected.
