Trumpf Medizin Systeme GmbH + Co. KG has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the examination lights Helion S which feature the spring arm of the type Acrobat Swing of Ondal Medical Systems GmbH. There is the risk that the plastic joint breaks and the spring arm falls suddenly and without hindrance. Spring arms with plastic joints must not be used anymore and have to be replaced.
