Dräger Medical GmbH has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the ceiling supply units CSU 803x/603x manufactured between1997 and 2003. The drive screw in the motor unit may break and as a result the lift arm may fall down approximately 60 cm.
The customers are requested to order inspections of the devices according to accompanied test instructions.
