Dräger issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a potential failure of automatic ventilation on anesthesia machines Fabius GS Premium, OS, Plus and Tiro delivered from February up to and including 2013. Devices with power supply units which were exchanged during this period are also affected. In case of fault an alarm is generated.
