Sorin Group Deutschland GmbH has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the S5 Perfusion System. An anomaly in firmware versions R3.13, R3.14 and R3.15 may result in failing of the automatic cardioplegia delivery function. An updated validated firmware corrects the problem.
