Richard Wolf GmbH has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the equipment cart RIWOmobil product numbers 32116004, 32116005, 32116014 and 32116015. Due to mechanical overload the power cable may come disconnected from the panel-mounted socket which may cause a complete failure of the equipment cart. Until assembly of the new Mounting Kit for Power Cables Product number 643301191 the correct plug connection has to be checked before the cart is used.
