The company Carl Zeiss Meditec notified of a software defect of Stratus OCT™ instrument with review software 6.0.0. In certain situations, reports generated will have incorrectly labeled OD (right eye) or OS (left eye) information. Until the SW upgrade customers can continue to use the device considering the manufacturer's Important Notice.
