The company Carl Zeiss Meditec notified of a software defect in versions 5.0.0 and 5.1.0 of the Cirrus HD-OCT Instrument and Review Software. Under specific circumstances exam data of a patient may be incorrectly saved under the name of another patient. A new software version will be provided.
