Recall of the product 1,9 French ZeroTip Nitinol Stone Retrieval Baskets (lots see annex) from Boston Scientific. The firm became aware, that there is a risk that the basket wire assembly may detach from the drive wire. This could result in unsuccessful removal of the stone or the detached portion may be left in the patient.
