The company Tyco Healthcare UK Ltd. notified of a recall of LigaSure Atlas™ Laparoscopic instruments and LigaSure Atlas™ 20 cm--centimètre instruments. The LigaSure™ generator may fail to recognise some instruments. Additionally, there is a remote potential of an interruption of the sealing cycle which could result in an incomplete vessel seal.
