Recall of the products Olympus single use mechanical lithotriptor (bullet tip type) from Olympus Medical Systems Europa GmbH (lots and article nubers see annex). In some cases, when sliding the coil sheath, the knob at the sliding part gets stuck and cannot slide smoothly. The potential risk is that the stone cannot be crushed properly and this results in an increased treatment time.
