GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a recall of TOP Window battery cartridges used with Greenlight II Laryngoscope Handle (Product codes 4558GSP and 4559LED). Under certain circumstances, the batteries can shift so that a loss of lightsource may result. Affected products are manufactured between June 17, 2010 and September 7, 2010.
