Heine has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a recall for LED battery insert without bottom cap (REF F-008.22.890) for Heine Standard F.O. Laryngoscope Handle with LED illumination. All serial numbers in the range of 1230000000 and 1230999999 are affected. LED battery insert was delivered both as an individual item and as part of handles.
