Leica has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a malfunction resulting in a potential illumination reduction when Leica M525 F50 surgical microscope is used in combination with a remote control used with a remote video adapter or a motorized dual video adapter. The use of the remote control must be discontinued. A software update is planned.
