SuperDimension has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a malfunction when the Locatable Guide is connected to superDimension systems using software version 4.0-4.9. The systems will not recognize the Locatable Guide. The users are requested to discontinue the use of the system until the requested software update is implemented.
