Teleflex has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a recall of several part numbers of RUSCH Macintosh Laryngoscope Disp. Metallic Kit (Lot no.: 052912). The LEDLight Emitting Diode of these devices was potentially improperly engaged during manufacturing. Germany is not affected by this recall.
