The company Ossur has issued an information to its customers about the recall of the inner tubes of the prosthetic foot models Re-Flex VPS and Low Profile Re-Flex. The recall applies to all inner tubes manufactured from August 25^th to October 25^th 2006 (article numbers RFX50002, RFX50003, RFX50006 and RFX50007). There is the risk that the failure might compromise function and stability of the prosthetic foot.
