The company Invacare Aquatec has issued an information to its customers about the possibility of a wrong assembly of the pelvic belt at the Invacare Rea wheelchairs. The information applies to all wheelchairs which were delivered between March 23. and June 04. 2007. There is a potential risk that the size adjustment buckle could slide on the belt with the consequence, that the user may slide out of the chair.
