The company Handicare B.V. has issued a Field Safety Notice to its customers about a manufacturer advice for the restraint system for transportation with the Beatle and Puma power wheelchairs. The Field Safety Notice applies to all Beatle and Puma power wheelchairs weighing over 140 kg. If the total weight of the wheelchair exceeds the save weight of 140 kg, the wheelchair might break loose from a usual four point webbing tie down system.
