The manufacturer Sunrise Medical GmbH & Co. KG has identified an issue on the Neon Swing-Away frames where a number of upper frame tubes of the backrest have failed.
There is the potential risk for other frames to fail and users could potentially fall backwards resulting in serious injuries. This only affects Neon Swing-Away wheelchairs made prior to 2nd June 2010.
