The company Otto Bock Mobility Solutions GmbH has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning the Power Wheelchair “B400“ with ISO-Set and the ISO-Set. The mounting screws used before the 26th of August 2012 would not hold the seat of the power wheelchair securely enough in the event of an accident. This could endanger the wheelchair user if a crash occurred.
