Philips Respironics has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the compressor nebulizers MicroElite Standard and MicroElite Deluxe delivered after 10 December, 2008. There is the risk that the plate becomes detached from the UK mains power adapter which is a component of the global adapter set potentially leaving the live inner metal ends exposed. All mains power adapter sets will be replaced.
