SeQual Technologies has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action on the Eclipse™ 1000 Oxygen Systems manufactured from June 2006 to January 2008. Affected systems may experience premature fretting on electrical connectors. Thereby, when operating from the Power Cartridge, there is the risk of a temporary power interruption which could cause the device to sound an alarm and shut down.
