GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a corrective action of the Giraffe and Panda Resuscitation systems with Blender including associated upgrade kits. On systems, operated on stand-alone basis or Warmer integrated, the blender knob shaft may be loose. There is the risk for inaccurate output of blended Air/O2 gas. The affected units should not be used anymore until they will have been repaired.
