Philips Medical Systems Nederland B.V. informs about a corrective action concerning the AD5/AD6 patient tables used with Integris, Integris Allura and Xper x-ray systems. Due to a possible relay failing of the injector connector switch the risk of touching of 230 volt exists. Up to the modification a Safety Notification advises the customers how to minimize the risk of accidental contact.
