Philips Medical Systems reports a corrective action concerning the computed tomography systems Brilliance 6, 40, 16, 16P and 40. The customers are informed via Safety Letter about a risk that fingers may be squeezed in a gap between the upper and lower tilt stand covers of the gantry.
