GE Healthcare has issued a safety notice concerning the following c-arms: OEC Uroview 2800, OEC 9800 Plus, OEC MiniView 6800 and OEC FlexiView 8800 Mobile C-Arm. It was discovered an issue where some systems manufactured in the Salt Lake City facility between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2004 may not have had a proper workstation inspection prior to being shipped to the customer.
