In April 2008 GE Healthcare has issued a safety notice about an anomaly in the software on the Definium 8000 X-ray system. The slize visualization of VolumeRAD exams acquired on the wallstand receptor will be offset by 17 mm. That prevent the visualization of anatomy within a distance of 17 mm from the wallstand patient barrier.
