GE Healtcare has issued a safety notice about correktive actions concerning OEC 7600, OEC Serie 7600 and OEC Compact 7600 Mobil c-arms. Systems may emit unintended x-rays when they are first turned on. This occurs if the exposure switch is closed during system start-up, such as when cable is wrapped around the foot control and the assembly is inserted into the foot control holder.
