Philips Medical Systems has issued a Field Safety Information concerning the FCO 73200026, on October 2007 (BfArM case 4351/07), which is faulty in certain cases. After an additional error, the manufacturer decided the above FCO no longer be corrected, but to replace by a new FCO 73200028.
