GE Healthcare has issued a Field safety Notice concerning Centricity PACS RA 1000 Workstation with software versions 2.1.5.5. and 3.0.4 and higher. Under certain conditions there is a potential risk that images from an unintended comparison study are displayed. A software update is planned.
