Siemens Healthcare has issued a new Field Safety Notice concerning the risk for patients, users or other persons with universal application of the under table fluoroscopy systems Sireskop SX and AXIOM Sireskop SD. If liquids are flowing in the handle OPTI - Grip of the system, it may come to malfunction of the system or an unintentional movement of the devices. The manufacturer has already reported a similar problem of sub-table fluoroscopy systems in January 2009. Reference no.: 1480/08.
