Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning a potential leak in the Pulmonary Toolkit used with CT/PET Systems GEMINI GXL and GEMINI TF. A Field Service Engineer will visit each customer to test that the system is operating properly. The action is scheduled to start in April 2009.
