Philips Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning PET/CT scanner Gemini TF 16 and 64, Gemini GXL 16 with licensed TumorLOC software application; as well as the Extended Brilliance Workspace sold as an accessory to these systems. There is a potential of image data series being discarded or interleaved. A software update is planned.
