Philips has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning X-ray systems Allura XPER FD10 F/C, FD10/10, FD20/10 and FD20. Due to a problem with the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in the Main-cabinet the complete system may shut down and not restart. A replacement of the defect PCB is planned.
