GE Healthcare has issued a Field Safety Notice concerning Innova 2000, 3100 and 4100 cardiovascular X-ray systems with cabinet model number 2252302-2 or 2335129, manufactured from December 2002 to June 2005. The power supply unit in the equipment cabinet will be replaced due to a potential power supply failure.
